This was my first appointment at The Works. Very friendly atmosphere when I walked through the door. Aimee was very thorough when talking about the right cut. Attention to detail was excellent. I was very happy with my hair.

The room where I had my massage was cold and hasn’t been warmed up prior the customer visit. I find it quite difficult to warm up and relax despite the electric heater was on. Hannah was very helpful made me feel comfortable enough to enjoy my massage.

Thank you, waxing was really good with advice to exfoliate afterwards. Very skilled so didn't hurt very much. All good, maybe some calming music would of added a nice touch but happy with my experience.
