This was my first time trying The Works, and I was honestly so impressed. The salon is beautiful and all the staff I came across seemed lovely. Lauren was friendly and really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and also to explain what would actually work for my hair type. She’s done a great job, and it’s the happiest I’ve been with a haircut in years. Overall a relaxed, friendly and professional vibe.

Went in with ideas of the kind of haircut and style I wanted. Maddison is very helpful and knowledgeable, we went through images from my mood-board as well as ones she suggested, she was aLao able to answer all my questions. Very helpful. Would definitely entrust Maddy to cut my hair again.
