It was my first time at The Works and I didn’t know previously that they did treatments. They were welcoming on arrival and Hannah made sure she knew what I was looking for. The massage was great and got rid of all my knots. I’ll be back!

Disappointing to see previous clients' hair clippings on the floor, at least four lots by different chairs. Possible slip hazard. No one swept up after the client had gone. Shame as usually promptly done on previous appointments
