The Spa experience was ok, but I wish that Wahanda informed me that I needed to contact the spa to book treatments after having paid for them online. The weekend was almost ruined because of this lack of information but thankfully the staff at Weybridge Spa rescued the situation. Apparently the staff are accustomed to Wahanda guests having this problem which suggests that Wahanda should definitely improve on their communications.

Booked the forever friends package for my friend and I as a birthday treat for her and was extremely disappointed. Booked the spa day in May in accordance with her birthday, i then called to book treatments to find out there was no availability on the day, and then informed that i could come in for the spa day in May but if we wanted the treatments we would have to come in a few months later when they had availability on a Saturday which didn't make any sense, especially as we didn't live anywhere near the spa. I then complained to Wahanda who informed me that the spa should have in fact reserved treatment slots as a priority to those who booked spa days WITH treatments included. As the spa was fully booked they were unable to get us a treatment on the same day and kindly offered us a refund. Still wanting to go on the spa day (with treatments), we then had to book their earliest available treatment and spa day which happened to be in August! With that said, the treatments were 7/10, pool area was ok apart from there being only 4 sun loungers and the sandwiches at lunch took an hour to be served

First of all, the address wasn't accurate, post code especially so I took me 3 times longer to find the place. The venue is compact, rather small than I expect. It could be equivalent with any private sport club. Facility is O.K., but changing room/shower room require to clean frequently. Treatment such as neck, shoulders, and back massage I took was very good. I enjoyed it. However, I'm not sure if I come back in future.

The staff were very friendly from the start and the 1 treatment we had was ...oh so lovely!
But the cleanliness was an issue for my friend and I especially the swimming pool area which was in my view disgusting! There was a tissue and something else floating in the water, which got me out very quickly!
Think it Could do with a cleaner just to keep it maintained during the day, as lots of people in and out all day (not just people on a spa day)
The showers were good with shampoo conditioner and shower gel to use.
It would have been nice to have more areas where you could sit around chill and chat.
Lunch was lovely a great choice of food on offer.

Not a great visit overall.
Spa treatments very slapdash and unprofessional.
We were not warned of Aqua aerobics going on which made the pool areas very noisy and unsociable as you could not talk to each other even when sat next to one another.
Lacked finishing finesse that main branded clubs have.

There were 8 of us that booked ‘Friends Forever’ package. We wanted to start our day with yoga class and we were told that we are welcome to join it. Just a week before we were due to have our spa day we got a phone call with information that it was to many of us and they had to cancel it!!! That’s really unprofessional and it should be stated on the website that groups over certain number are not allowed to join their classes. On the arrival they didn6t have enough padlocks and some of us had to share it! Some of the dressing gowns were damp and they did not provide slippers (I’ve double checked on that and on one website it says that slippers are provided and on the other one that they are not so I think that they should sort that one out). Our massage was good but again some of us were offered massage or facial in a treatment room and others not (and that’s a shame because one of the girl that haven’t had that choice would actually prefer a facial). The manicure was awful! They put quite few layers of nail polish but it didn’t have a chance to dry properly so it was gone in 30 min!!! Receptionist didn’t do anything to make our day special (they were a bit grumpy). Lunch was very basic (we loved Prosecco though).

The spa manager lacked basic customer service skills. I was late due to an accident on the motorway. On arrival I was refused all of my treatments. I paid for two half an hour treatments for myself and my sister. I was only half an hour late. I was told they were too busy to do our treatments
I was addement I wanted them done we got 15 minute treatments. Outrageous. I had already paid for lunch which was included in my package. I was charged for lunch again during my time at the spa. To make things even worse the sandwiches had mould growing on the bread which was perfectly visible. So after waiting for almost half hour for a basic sandwich it was stale. I was mortified. This was a surprise birthday present for my little sister and it turnt out to be a waste of time. I drove almost 50 miles from London to be refused my treatments double charged for my lunch and served stale bread. In terms of the facilities they were nice enough nothing spectacular but the customer service is letting them down big time. It took three days for a member of management to contact me and resolve the issues I've just stated. Which again is unnaceptable. However it has been resolved and he was very understanding and apologetic. I can't say I would recommend this spa to anyone.

The staff were very unhelpful and quite brusque. I notified them twice that it was a birthday present for my mother and yet they forgot the prosecco greeting which I explicitly asked for, and even charged the additional treatments TO HER without first asking me for payment (they were a gift). Inattentive staff who lack attention to detail. Coffee club staff were unhelpful and rude. Bad atmosphere - more of a local leisure centre than a spa with lots of small children, very busy very noisy. Swimming lessons and only 4 loungers so if you can't grab one of those you have nowhere to relax except in the busy reception cafe or the small treatment waiting room.

Overall a very poor 'spa' day and more of a trip to the local swimming baths.

My friend and I go for a spa day every year without fail for my birthday and this was the best one I've ever been to without fail. The staff are friendly, lunch was good and the spa itself was so nice. Would definitely recommend.

The spa and location was lovely as were the facilities. Lunch wasn't amazing but considering the great deal that I got it good enough. I did feel a little uncomfortable at first as some of the staff seemed quite off with us. For example the short brunette girl that was showing us around wasn't really friendly and it was very rushed and abrupt like we were keeping her from something. The treatments weren't amazing. I had the sole delight and the purifying back scrub but both of which were just a light exfoliation (didn't really feel effective). Overall very relaxing but next time I wouldn't bother with the treatments and just go for the lovely spa facilities.

Bit disappointed with the lunch, as it was in the cafe not a restaurant which i expected. Staff at reception were quite grumpy and not very approachable.

The treatments were excellent though.

Had a lovely time t this venue, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, the food was ok about average, not very much to choose from but ok. my only disappointment is around the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna room they're are not enough louges to sit on and you do get some people hogging them off but other than that will use again.
