Booked myself in at The Wellness Room for a well earned full body massage. Welcomed by Karen on arrival, then shown into the therapy room which had a relaxing and peaceful feeling to it. Loved the 'Northern Lights' effect lighting....very soothing and calming. Each stage of the massage was prompted by Karen as it progressed. I left the Wellness Room an hour or so later feeling completely relaxed both physically and emotionally. An all round lovely experience :-)
