I have Asthma and COPD and it was with great scepticism that I decided to try the Salt Therapy room. The ambience is relaxing from the start, muted colours and a sense of calm.I was relaxed and gradually I felt the slight tang of salt on my lips, noticed my breathing was slower and so much easier and then a clear sense of smell became apparent. I have found that since then I can walk my dogs , even in these winds and not feel breathless. An amazing experience that I will definitely use again.
