The whole experience at this Centre was very good, from start to finish the staff were open, friendly and obviously very skilled. My masseur Greta was excellent and always considerate of my wishes checking first how I felt after my last massage and finishing by giving me diet and exercise advice to cover the rest of the day and the period up until my next appointment.The massage itself was so relaxing even when working some knots out of my back.
