First time I’ve ever left disappointed. Waxing was not up to standard and like other reviews I was left with numerous hairs. For the price it has gone up to you expect better.

I always go here for a face wax and always happy with it, not this time I was a little disappointed firstly you have put the prices up and was thinking about going somewhere else but I thought I always get a good service unfortunately there was a lot of the hairs still on my chin and I am going to go back to see if they can finish it.
