Today as well as a shoulder massage I used the salt room. I have COPD and Asthma and I had noticed my breathing was tight and rasping at times. My shoulder massage loosened the muscles and I felt so relaxed afterwards but the icing on the cake was the salt room. It is so relaxing and eases tension from the minute you enter. You feel the benefits immediately. I could breathe easier and noiselessly AND in the afternoon I passed my COPD test easily. I recommend this to all . Just try it and see,
