I had a champagne rose classic facial and it was genuinely amazing. The environment is super clean and calming, everyone was very nice and welcoming.
The treatment itself was fantastic, and my therapist explained everything she was doing and talked me through all the info, always checking I was feeling comfortable.
My skin right now is super healthy and glowing, will definitely go back!

I had a terrible experience at the beginning of my pedicure where sooo much of my nail was removed from some of my toes. I was left shocked, upset and really I cannot believe that happened for a 70£ treatment. You can barely see the nail in some. Makes no sense to get your nails done and have no nail left. The procedure afterwards was fine and the massage was good
