My experience of The Well has been wonderful! The place itself is so warm and inviting, and the staff seem to strike the perfect balance between friendly and professional - you really feel comfortable and able to relax in their experienced hands. I was pleased with the results of my facial, but still I was surprised when I started receiving such lovely compliments from people - that's never happened after a treatment anywhere else before! Have already recommended them to family and friends.
I have super sensitive skin wit bit of acne and a lot of freckles so I am usually super careful about facials and skin treatments. Here, I had nothing to worry about!
This was a flawless facial...great place, great products and Lulu was very delicate. 100% recommended!

I arrived at this beauty salon in Notting Hill which is really easy to get to. Upon arrival I was greeted by the really friendly receptionist called Karen. I did not have to wait long before I was taken upstairs to have my Bikini, underarm, chin and lip wax by Yasmina. The whole process took less then 90 mins and the room was Spick and Span which meant that it was really clean. I did take a face mask along with me to ensure that I was not spreading any germs and Yasmina wore P.P.E.
