Horrible experience: 35 mn wait for wax
The room was extremely hot and door was left open to have « fresh air »
A ton of dust on the floor- room should be vacuumed asap
Arrived at the center at 11 and left at 12:20. The wax lady was very kind however the hair was not removed in the opposite side of the growth, leading to a lot of hair breakage, hair remaining on my arm even though she waxed 3 times on the same spot (risk of burn!!!!)
