Loretta was nice. The facial took no more than 45 mins, despite it stated 1hr. It’s ok if you treat it as a normal express facial that you could find anywhere. It left me a tiny wound on my nose which I didn’t notice during that time. Not worth 50£.

My husband had the facial; it was okay, he left with a lot of black heads still. The previous time he went he was super satisfied though so maybe it was just one off.
