I received an email saying my appointment had been pushed back 15 minutes and when I showed up for the new time I was told this was a mistake but was made to feel a little like it was my fault - the session then felt rushed. I’ve also experienced far more rapid hair regrowth following the wax than at other places (began after just three days) which is disappointing. The technician was nice and the salon was very clean, but I don’t think I’ll be going back, it didn’t feel too welcoming.
