I was really pleased with the service. The therapist was lovely and made me relaxed, chatting to me during the treatment. The waxing wasn't painful compared to strip wax and she seems to have done a neat job. It's amazing value for money with the discount but feels expensive without the discount, though I know hot wax treatments are usually a bit more. Don't be put off by the outside - it looks like a vintage shop but is a hair and beauty salon too!
