I paid £120 for a last-minute appointment despite the high prices. On arrival, the therapist couldn’t access bookings from this app and had to contact the owner while assisting a walk-in client. I waited even though I was short on time. During my leg waxing another walk-in arrived and I was asked to pause my treatment. I then had to leave and return later to finish. The therapist was polite and offered complimentary face waxing, overall felt disorganized and stressful. I won’t be returning
