I always feel comfortable at the Waxing Lounge and the lady that does the treatments is always really friendly and chatty which always puts me at ease. The place is clean and relaxing which is really important. Waxing is of course painful but I find it much more comfortable here than previous places, and I have less irritation and discomfort in the days after my waxing compared to past times elsewhere. My only one criticism is that 'double dipping' happens here, which is something I've read about before where it's more hygienic to use a fresh stick every time it goes back in the wax.

Beautician very friendly. Relatively pain free wax compared to others I have hd in the past but not quite as thorough. Nice enough place - good ambience but floor looked like it could do with a good clean! Overall I would go back, better than other places i have tried in Leeds.
