I went to the John Dalton Street store and had a great experience. It was so relaxing and the staff were very friendly and chatty. The tint was a high standard and lasted longer than others I've tried. I didn't realize until I'd got home but my brows weren't very waxed on top, which I prefer as I think it looks tidier. If you like that too I would specify as I'm sure she'd be willing to do more.
