The consultant was welcoming and friendly. Even thought I've had electrolysis in the past she ensure I was happy with everything. I started with a patch test and was informed of what to look for. There were not problems. She checked the situation before my appointment a couple of days later. The whole time was relaxed and calm. I had information about after care too. I'd recommend this venue.
