Sharan did not assess the area correctly which led to her applying wax, without my consent, to a skin tag that I had near my underarm but not near my underarm hair. She then waxed the skin tag off without my consent. It wouldn’t stop bleeding which is when she alerted me to what had happened. There was no apology offered and she tried to blame me for the situation by saying I should have told her not to wax it. She then charged me full price. The salon response was ‘at least it’s gone now.’
