The indulgent massage was amazing & lasted the 1.5 hours that it said it would. Personally I would have liked to have had the process explained to me as I had no idea what to expect. As I have sensitive skin I would like to have been asked whether I was allergic to anything & also told why Gaynor was leaving the room, even if it was so that I had relax time or to get water!! Neither of these things detracted my enjoyment.
