Staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Very efficient waxing process, and made as pain free as possible. I will definitely go again and would recommend.
That's the second time I'm having my LVLs done in The Wax Bar. I was very satisfied with the first treatment, but unfortunately I can't say it about the second one. For 45 pounds you really expect your lashes to be in perfect condition but I ended up having my left side more lifted than the right one + individual lashes were not evenly lifted.. Also, I've noticed that quite a few of them fell out shortly after the treatment.. though I'm not 100% sure if this is due to LVL...
nice friendly staff, the waxing was done perfectly in 10 minutes and as I arrived early i was taken early which is great.

Great wax! The receptionist was pleasant and informed me there would be a slight wait. My water was lovely and put me at ease. Very thorough and virtually painless, will definitely be back!
Great treatment, friendly staff and therapist was quite informative about every step of the treatment. Really pleased with the results too. Will definitely be back!
