The booking had not been accepted by the venue so I was not able to receive my treatment. Treatwell have charged me anyway.

The lashes were amazing, but they didn't last long. - a few fell out on day 1 and 2 which I expected but while taking a shower exactly 1 week after having The lashes I was washing my face with a clinique facial wash and all the lashes and I mean all the lashes fell off. I had got the lashes put on for a wedding and this was the day after which I was very disappointed by. I was advised not to use oil based products around the eyes and to my knowledge Clinique facial wash is not oil based so I don't understand why this happened.
Friendly staff, really quick thorough wax and literally the least painful i have ever had. Rebooked!
Absolutely fantastic and lovely staff, so helpful and so accommodating.
Busy schedule and for a good reason so definitely need to book quite far in advance.
Lycon is an amazing product, can't believe I've never experienced it after 10 years of waxing very regularly.
My only issue was with the amount of hair removed. I don't think enough was removed to qualify for a Hollywood wax .
The staff are really nice and friendly, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in! And my eyebrows are great! Will be going back again definitely.
