Lovely place, but was really sad to be turned away at being 5 mins late despite phoning ahead from taxi explaining I was on my way. Money lost. Unsympathetic staff and generally bad vibes. Totally get I was late...but with 25 mins worth if appointment time left I would have appreciated a reduced service.

Lovely place and staff were very friendly. Wax was comfortable and quick although she did miss a couple of bits.
