To be honest, it could have been better. First, when I went in for my patch test there was nobody there (I booked it at a time to fit with my work schedule) then when I finally got someone, she just asked me to wait, to which I said no, because I booked it for a reason. Made me waste 20 minutes and she acted all annoyed. Then, when I went for the brow session, at first it made me look like one of those giant-browed people. She fixed it but still, you should be able to judge what suits a person.
