A few issues:
The 2 staff were very busy switching between clients and I think they were overbooking their slots and squeezing clients in.
My manicure was pretty poor - cuticles ripped, polish not neat, no hand massage or topcoat.
Staff were not communicating well and there wasn't a great atmosphere between them.
The space is crowded with equipment and wires.
