Unfortunately I had a terrible experience during my lash lift here and would recommend avoiding. I was left alone lying down on the bench for 20-30 minutes, while I couldn't see, as the therapist did another treatment in a different room, without explaining anything. I shouted several times but there was no response. No patch test was done before and no advice on aftercare was given. When I complained, I was ignored then recieved a dismissive email borderline claiming I was lying. Awful.

Pedicure was amazing- looks great.
Gel manicure was chipped and peeling only a few days later. I asked the therapist for them to be fixed and she didn’t reply, after following up she offered 1 specific time I was unable to do then stopped replying until it was too late (over 10 days later) and I’d already had to remove them at home due to peeling and continued chipping.
The therapist is lovely as is the treatment room but it would be nice to have some music in the salon as it was very quiet.
