My second time in this venue. First time was brilliant. This second time I was disappointed: the manager was busy and had too many bookings that evening, she was rushed and my treatments were done quickly like a sprint. I paid for £25 full works manicure + £30 full works pedicure, but they were done dry with no oil and no massage. When the manager told me I could leave, I mentioned that I had not had oil nor massage, so she then patted some cream on my hands quickly and then said I could leave.
