I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave a bad review before, but I was really disappointed with my experience here. The decor is great - and the technician who did my pedicure was lovely and did a great job - BUT my experience was totally ruined by a member of staff, who I think was the owner (northern lady.) She was talking loudly on the phone/moaning about personal matters the majority of the time I was there, and then kept interrupting the technician to ask her work questions, which meant she kept having to stop the treatment to talk to her. It didn’t feel at all professional. I went for the treatment to help me relax, but there was nothing relaxing about the salon experience thanks to her. They also don’t have nail dryers (seems pretty essential to me?) and charge for coffee. They also don’t have foot spas - just a tub. I get it’s an attempt at a ‘modern touch’ but it’s just not as nice. Not a great experience.
