While I had issues with the manicure, the manager stepped in to help fix the mistakes to get it finished on time. Couldn’t fault the venue itself, and best customer service around!

5 stars! I finally took the plunge and got this done (I have short, straight and blonde lashes which I have to curl everyday) and so glad I did. The process is relaxing and Peace is reassuring throughout. The initial result actually wasn't quite how I had imagined (such amazing reviews on here and having seen all the 'before and after' photos online), so Peace offered to try again with a different size mould the next day. Then it worked and my lashes look amazing! So happy!
