It’s a shame they’ve reconfigured the salon from the open plan format, it was really unique and such a sweet little oasis, but now it’s all poky little private rooms...

My treatment didn’t go ahead as I was told the massage therapist had called in sick for the week so I would have to reschedule with a different therapist on a different day, which I subsequently did. I then turned up again for my appointment two days later only to be told again that my appointment could not go ahead because the massage therapist had called in sick for the week.
