I feel bad for leaving this review as the manicurist herself was lovely, but as soon as I arrived I just wanted to get out of there. The venue in the photos is not representative of this place at all. It is a tiny room entered from a hallway with empty drinks and coats. My manicure was 40 mins late and took an hour and 20. She used electric tools which were painful and she cut me - it didn’t stop bleeding until I left. The manicure is not finished nicely and honestly I just want my money back.

Scruffy rushed manicure. The manicurist took multiple phone calls during and rushed my manicure because her husband was coming to pick her up. Cut them way too short that they looked silly and hurt. Made my finger bleed. No attention to detail, they look like I did them myself. Not many colours to choose from. No cuticle care. Wouldn’t go back.
