This was my first wax and Shelley was fantastic! She explained everything to me each step of the way–she never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing something and she put me completely at ease. Her honesty was refreshing and she did it all with a sense of humour while assuring me of her knowledge of what she was doing. I feel incredible too!

My first pedicure since October and my feet look pretty again! :) Not quite a perfect finish (think maybe something got in the topcoat on one foot) but overall looks lovely. I would say though that the combination of the heights of the chair/footrest wasn't very comfortable for my hips, and that it did not last as long as I was expecting it to from the listing on Treatwell.
