I made a complaint via email but no reply which I am really upset about. The door was left open at the end of the massage which meant that I was exposed to the people reception. Nobody checked if I have allergies or injuries. Lack of communication during massage. My breasts were massaged without asking and then left uncovered when the masseuse moved onto my legs. It was cold, awkward and not relaxing. I didn’t complain at the time because I was pretty mortified and wanted to get out of there.
