Disappointed! The experience is physically uncomfortable: squashed in a corner of a room, the tools needed aren’t accessible so the technician is fumbling around. You sit in an armchair with your feet in a bowl which the tech fills up with a jug (had to ask for another jug as it was cold and didn’t cover my feet). They seemed really inadequately prepared - didn’t have the thing to elevate your foot so I had to manoeuvre it around so she could reach areas, had tissue in between my toes...
