My usual beautician Shelley was busy, so another member of staff did my wax, which did not live up to my previous experiences. I wasn't given anything to cover myself, despite the fact that people on the street could see in when she entered the room. She didn't check whether the temperature was ok. The waxing itself was a lot more painful and hurried. If I'd known this I would have waited for Shelley to be free. I'm surprised you can't choose a particular member of staff when booking on here
