I liked the venue and the service overall. It’s just that I booked for manicure and pedicure full works and the description said each included a massage but I didn’t get any, so either there was a misunderstanding or the service menu is outdated. I chose not to communicate this on the spot because my nail technician seem to speak very little English so I didn’t want to trouble her. I’m wondering if a partial refund is possible in this case?
