Firstly, had I of not prepaid I wouldn’t of attended this appointment. The images on treatwell are very old and misleading - as is google maps.
It looks like the business has been sold off, the therapists now operating from the space have small treatment rooms where (not covid friendly) I was treated in a room alongside another customer in a small not well ventilated room.
The room was dirty, very disorganised and the tools the therapist used we’re not cleaned correctly.
My nails were done to a low standard, I had to ask her to redo them. My cuticles are still hurting from way too much prodding and cutting - even after being asked to be careful (she didn’t really understand English). And my manicure is smudged and chipped after 24hrs.
I urge treatwell to revisit this location since the rebrand and review its rating. I was happy to pay what I did based on the images and how the location was previous run. However the price does not match the service, location and quality of treatment. I will not return.

Great mani & pedi - experience could be a little better - room is a bit messy with skin on the floor and feels a little chaotic for the price charged - but therapist is lovely and the outcome is great! Thanks 😊

They only thing that was a problem is, the wax was to hot and it burn my eyelid and now I have a red mark under my brow but the eye were perfect
