The lady was very nice but she cut tree of my fingers and absolutely butchered all nails while taking the previous gel off. It was painful and very unpleasant. She didn’t do the shape I wanted but May be I wasn’t explaining well enough. I left having fell all over my fingers, cuts and cuticles are all over. Not a lot of colors too. Can’t recommend I’m afraid
