First of all turned up for a 7pm appointment, and someone else was 7pm so had to wait until they finished. Secondly, wax was too hot and burnt me, and thirdly felt that the beautician rushed and put one big area which has left me with bruises.

I had a gel manicure and a spray tan. The beautician was personable, friendly and professional - a good experience and better that I was expecting given some of the negative reviews on here, don’t be put off!
