As I walked in to get my manicure done I was asked to pick a colour from their board (I wasn't even offered a seat or had the time to take my coat off).
I asked for a nude manicure, the lady said she run out of most of the nude colours, she picked one for me that should've been close enough to be nude, instead, it turned out to be bright pink.
The colour is not uniform on my nails, showing either a very bad quality of the polish or poor experience in applying it, either way I wasn't happy with the final result. As the appointment was already running late (took 1.15h instead of the 45minute shown on the app) I had to go back to work and was unable to ask her to remove the colour (which I had to do myself). Very disappointing

The Walnut club was a really nice experience. I completely messed up the time of my appointment but they were accommodating and let me wait - even providing me a phone charger for my time! They were really lovely.
I had gel nails done on Thursday and my nails had chipped in a few places already by Friday (I don’t do anything that would warrant this). Additionally they’re lifting at the ends (today being Monday). It’s a shame because I really liked the place.
