Just posting to warn other customers- never have I had such a hostile experience. The woman’s attitude was appalling&made me feel really embarrassed throughout. She was late seeing me,first communication with her was her shouting “you can come in now, quickly” then accused me of making her job harder by not relaxing my legs (hard to do while someone is rolling their eyes at you&tutting). Never had a nasty wax experience before- go elsewhere where you’re more likely to be treated with respect

The actual place is a lot smaller than the picture btw. The customer before me was waiting for 20 mins for her treatment and eventually gave up altogether. My manicurist tried to guilt me into getting a treatment that I didn't want and the overall place just wasn't very clean. The manicurist also clipped too far into my cuticle that it started bleeding. The colour is fine but I'm not going back thanks.
