My first time going for a Hollywood and gosh did it hurt but we had a good laugh throughout. As a first timer my therapist was very reassuring and told me what to do, she even explained what she was doing and stated how much it was likely to hurt. She did an excellent job, I feel very clean and smooth and there is no soreness.
Only thing I didn't really like was the loud music in the waiting room, it definitely put me on edge and I would have preferred something more relaxing.
