I have been ignoring the dirtiness and unfriendliness of staff as they use great products for mani/pedi- CND. Most recent visit was a little bit of a shock. I don’t go to get my nails done to be subject to rudeness and sit there awkwardly. Not to mention coldness and cold water for pedi which resulted in being sick. Unacceptable. Clean the place and sort out your attitudes. Don’t have customers sit shivering with feet in cold water. Disgrace.

The owner was playing loud videos in the corridor with her friend, felt like I was an intruder in her home.
The lady who did my treatments didn’t wash her hands once and blew on the wax to cool it which made me feel really uncomfortable and so unhygienic! Also the wax is really patchy - she left lots of areas unwaxed.
I had my brows and lashes tinted too. The lady ripped the protective stickers from under my eyes which was really painful and left me with bruising under both eyes. Never again.

This is always a fantastic service. Unfortunately I’ve moved but was a customer for over 2 years and following a recent poor experience am considering travelling back once a month for my usual treatments! I cannot recommend enough for wax, brows and eyelash lift. I’ve also had massage in the past. The best service and results
