The treatment was fine however the experience and service was bad. The door was locked and I knocked several times but was made to wait outside in the cold for 5 minutes. After this I was asked to sit down and the treatment only took place 25 minutes after it was scheduled for and during it, loud music was playing. The treatment and beautician were fine but the overall experience was not relaxing. To improve I’d recommend a better arrival, more timely appointments and more relaxing music!
