I got my toes done “express” before my holiday and was promised shellac. I didn’t realise there weren’t real pedicure chairs so it was a lot more uncomfortable than usual balancing my leg but dryer was on cold setting the whole time. I took my foot out and it smudged-instead of going over it properly she just smudged it more. I’m now on holiday with worse looking feet than when I came into the salon. Lovely service, absolutely terrible outcome, had to pay £10 xtra too. Wish I could show pictu
