Atmosphere was chaotic. Managers stayed in side room and eventually greeted me. Service was 30 mins late, The beautician actually forgot to attend to the client before me. Products used were not up to standard, no proper barrier cream and tan was green. I was not given hygiene supplies such as disposable feet and hair protectors. Tan was terribly uneven, feet were orange and patchy and arms were half covered. The customer before me even said this to the beautician. Very unprofessional,
