Waxer was extremely kind and friendly. But there were a few unsuccessful re-pulls on the same strips which was a bit painful. But I was told I had very thick hair and extra wax was needed which could be why that happened.

The technician is always wonderful. One constructive feedback would be that I think they could pay more attention to keeping bathroom and all other areas tidier, but I get it that sometimes it can get busy and it’s difficult to keep up. Overall I’m very pleased with the services :)
