Sadly quite disappointed with the result and I’ve had many before (not here). Not enough care and attention provided and left my cotton wool still attached to my eyelash 🙃

I love my therapist and the service. I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. For eg using the same stick during a wax. Makes me very anxious. For each strip a new stick should be used.
