Exactly what you'd expect from a visit to the hairdressers, staff were lovely and Chloe did a great job in reviving my haven't-had-a-haircut-in-six-month's hair. She offered great advise as well for taking care of it long term. Price-wise I thought it was a bargain, paid an extra £10 for a health treatment definitely worth it.
