Not having had my hair cut in 7years it was in really bad condition but Erien was brilliant knew how much to cut off gave me lots of tips and things to buy to help get it back to good condition...nice glass of iced cold water fan on made to feel very welcome will most certanly be going back a big Thank you x

lovely staff the makeup lady even leant me some lip gloss. It was a very special day as my son was getting married and both staff Anne marie and Tasha ( I hope I've got her name right were very friendly and attentative.
